The Problem

Why training doesn’t translate into performance

Most organisations invest heavily in learning:

  • programmes are rolled out
  • content is consumed

And yet, behaviour does not stabilise.

  • standards are inconsistently applied

This is not a content problem. It is a structural problem. Knowledge does not regulate behaviour.
