Beyond Training is the evolution of Bilingual Solutions. Our work has expanded from intercultural communication and international learning into broader learning strategy, capability, diagnostics, curriculum architecture and behavioural development. The delivery experience came with us.

Built on delivery, not theory alone
Our earlier work often sat in intercultural communication, international workforce development and specialist learning. What remained constant was the work underneath: analysing needs, designing programmes, building curricula, facilitating development, creating diagnostics and translating complex expertise into learning that can be applied.
Today, Beyond Training brings that experience into a broader capability context: leadership, learning strategy, behavioural reliability, diagnostics, digital learning and organisational development.
The subject matter has evolved. The underlying capability work — analysis, architecture, design, facilitation, transfer and evaluation — has not started from zero.

We developed a diagnostic measuring openness, tolerance for ambiguity and communication apprehension, producing individual feedback on strengths, blind spots and targeted development priorities.

We restructured inconsistent workshops into clear progression paths, integrated digital pre-learning and reflection, and clarified how trainers and internal L&D work together.

Our earlier academy work combined structured learning journeys, live development, diagnostic insight and applied practice for international and intercultural contexts. It established many of the design principles that later expanded into our current capability work.
